In my private therapy practice and as co-founder and co-facilitator of Afterwards, LLC, I have aligned my professional knowledge with my personal experiences to provide the best guidance. Personal losses - my parents divorce, the death of my mother, my own divorce, the death of my infant son, and surviving breast cancer, have enriched my understanding of the grief journey. My professional experience working with the chronically mentally ill, coordinating in home care for the elderly and serving as a hospice social worker, have enhanced my professional knowledge and skills.
