How to Embrace Change

Change is hard.  We hear and say this over and over.  The reality is, change IS hard!  So what can we do to make it easier?  First we would have to understand if resisting change is normal?  Is this a bad thing?

Once again, Contributor who is also a psychologist and author of 5 books, Dr. Dan Gottlieb, sits down with Community Advocate, Roseann Vanella to discuss change and how we can learn to embrace it.

Very often we judge ourselves for resisting change but listening to Dr. Dan, we learn that the resistance is normal. We should not be judging ourselves. Instead we should be aware of it and approach it with a curiosity.  As human beings we are all looking for well being and happiness, things that provide us with stability.

Listen to this conversation and I promise, the next time you are going through change, you will experience it very differently and who knows?  You may actually embrace the change.
