Kerith Glass, EDS, ATR-BC and Founder of Expressions Art Therapy was born and raised in South Jersey, Kerith took to art as soon as she was able to hold a crayon. Throughout her childhood, Kerith developed an appreciation for art and how it could be used for self expression. She majored in Art at Albright College in Reading, Pennsylvania, selling her first commissioned piece in her senior year. Later, she obtained her Masters degree in Art Therapy from Drexel University (formerly Hahnemann Univeristy). Later still, she became certified as a School Psychologist, which remains her primary profession today. Kerith is also an adjunct associate professor at Drexel Univeristy in the Art Therapy Department, and consults with parents and their children to help children who are non-verbal or non-communicative. In addition to all of the above, Kerith remains a professional artist, who now resides in Haddonfield, New Jersey with her two children. Kerith currently has her work displayed in Accent Gallery and in Pipsqueek in Haddonfield, New Jersey. A series of 11 of Kerith’s paintings are also displayed in the Pavillion Unit at Pennsylvania Hospital in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. www.expressionsarttherapy.com
