Who is That Voice In Your Head? Mind Chatter

Mind chatter

If you are like most people, there is this little voice in your head constantly talking to you. It’s known as mind chatter.  From the moment we open our eyes this little voice may be telling us, what to do, what not to do, who we are, what we can or can’t achieve and so much more.

At times it becomes difficult to determine if that voice is someone else or our true voice.  Joanna Kleinman, LCSW of The Center for ExtraOrdinary Relationships & Author of Dethroning Your Inner Critic and FamilyAffaires.com newest Contributor, provides invaluable information on understanding who this voice is and how to either listen to it or quiet it.

Please feel free to add your comments, Joanna will respond below in the comment area.
