As many as 15 million people seek therapy every year. Reasons may vary. Some have been through a traumatic experience that has left them unable to navigate through life. Some may be seeking for a clearer understanding of themselves or some resolution to a problem they have been having.
No matter what the reason, we are all seeking to live a happier more fulfilled life. Many go to weekly therapy sessions in search of answers or the magic potion that will end all of their problems so that they can go on living a happy, perfect life. In reality we know that life is never perfect although we are always looking for that perfection.
