Wendy E. Pester, C.D.S. Certified Dementia Specialist Client Care Manager –With over 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry, Wendy has become a devoted senior advocate and is passionate about working with the senior population. In her role as a Community Relations Liaison, Wendy has gained considerable experience working with those struggling with dementia and other medical conditions. As a Client Care Manager, Wendy facilitates a smooth transition for clients being discharged from a hospital or rehab setting, working closely with the client’s medical team, family members and support team to ensure a safe, seamless return home. Wendy’s experience and extensive resource library allows her to connect clients and their families with much needed support such as adult day programs, homecare, visiting physician services, assisted living resources, hospice services, legal services, support groups, financial planning, mental health professionals, veterans benefit services as well as other community resources.
Wendy is a Certified Dementia Specialist and volunteer with the Alzheimer’s Association, facilitating monthly Alzheimer’s Support Groups in South Jersey and Pennsylvania. Additionally, Wendy provides one-on-one training and support to families of those struggling with dementia.
